Click on the Login/Sign up at home page and fill up the required information. Kindly Upload the copy of your Business License without which the registration cannot be completed. Your account will not be activated unless it has gone through the verification at our end. Once verified you can start placing your orders.

In case you are unable to upload the copy of your business license, please send us the copy by email at or fax at 631-319-1549.

P.S. We do not take any orders without valid business license copy.

If your organization is tax exempt, you will still need to create an account on our website. When placing your first online order, you will be prompted to create an account while check out. Your entries must match the information on your tax-exempt form.

We also are required to keep a copy of your tax ID certificate on file, which you can either upload while creating the account or fax to 631-319-1549 or email it to We will keep your tax exempt information on file until it expires, at which time a new copy of your tax ID certificate will be required. Upon receipt of your new certificate, we will update the expiration date in our system.

Once approved, you can place orders online by logging into the website using the same credentials while registration. In case you do not remember the password, please click on Forgot Password to receive a new password.

Please Note: We do not keep any passwords on file, in case you forget the password, you WILL have to create a new password, we would not be able to recover the old password for you.

We provide free shipping on all orders over $1000.

Right now we are not accepting international orders.

We ship via UPS, Fedex & United States Post and provide free shipping on all orders over $500.

You have the option to choose another shipping courier upon checkout at an additional cost. We will ship orders the same business day if they are ordered by 1:00 pm EST. This shipping time does not include holidays and weekends. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be updated from the courier. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to arrive. 

We want you to be fully satisfied with our products. All damage and defects must be reported to us within 24 - 48 hours of the delivery date. Please send us broken items picture at 347-879-9003 with item code, quantity and invoice no.

We will either send you a replacement or issue a refund depending upon the case.

However, undamaged merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee and the client is responsible for the return freight charge.

Inspect all products upon receipt.

All claims for shortages, damaged or incorrect merchandise must be made within 24 hours of receipt. We will gladly exchange any products.

If you receive the wrong products, we will exchange for free and pay for shipping too!!!
